Hello customers, @Perspectiveinc23 We check with our carrier services, and if according to the tracking information provided to all customers after check out your package has been delivered, But you have double checked your listed delivery location and have looked around your property & neighboring for the package and still can’t find it, In this case If your package is still unfound we'd unfortunately wouldn’t be able to refund or replace any purchases due to theft in your area we highly recommend reporting this issue to your local police department to prevent future dissatisfaction……..
